Aluval takes part actively in the control of all the production processes of the materials it distributes, ensuring these are the most competitive systems and that they fulfil the most demanding quality regulations. Our laboratory controls meticulously our products quality and the whole production and distribution processwith the quality systemestablished by Aluval that is based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 regulation.Our Quality System adds in to the external regulations to the ISO 9001 extrusion regulations (UNE 573-3, UNE 755-9... ), lacquering ones (QUALICOAT Seaside class) and other aspects like the information and technical advice, the calibration of the measurement equipments, preventive mantainance plans...We perform on a regular basis corrosion tests in saline-acetic fog chambers following the ISO 9227 regulation, guaranteeing to our clients the maximum protection of our products against corrosion.
The system harmonizes and integrates external standards to ISO 9001, both extrusion standards (une 573-3, une 755-9...), lacquered (qualicoat) and marine quality against filiform corrosion (seaside Class), as well as other aspects related to information and Technical advice, calibration of measuring equipment, preventive maintenance plans...

The quality policy is communicated to all employees and is reviewed annually to keep it up to date.

Pioneers in using chrome-free products, at Aluval we perform on a regular basis rigorous analysis of the wastewater from our water treatment plants, contributing to the environmentl preservation.
Aware of all aspects of the work areas, we deal properly with the waste generated via administrators appointed by the Generalitat Valenciana.
