Aluval, pioneer in the adoption of new technologies, switches to pumps in dense phase for powder coating of aluminum profiles.
We attach the article published by the magazine IPCM in its number 6 of May 2017, which echoes the change in the technology of application of powder paint in our vertical installation for profiles. We have abandoned the traditional dust application technology with Venturi injectors and opted for the new AP01 dense phase pumps from Gema and the corresponding spray guns. This change has meant a great increase in the quality of the coating of the profiles because, among other things, it minimizes the Faraday cage, increases the speed of the line and supposes at the same time an interesting painting saving. This investment in improving the quality of the product, however high it may be, can give the company a significant competitive advantage over the reference market when it is ambitious.
