Aluval actively intervenes in the control of all manufacturing processes of the materials it distributes, ensuring they are the most competitive systems and comply with the most demanding quality seals.
We have an analytical laboratory responsible for following a rigorous quality control system supported by the quality system implemented by Aluval, based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard. The system harmonizes and integrates standards external to ISO 9001, including extrusion standards (UNE 573-3, UNE 755-9...), powder coating (QUALICOAT), and marine quality against filiform corrosion (SEASIDE CLASS), as well as other aspects related to technical information and advice, measuring equipment calibration, preventive maintenance plans...
We periodically perform acetic salt spray corrosion tests in our facilities according to the ISO 9227 standard to guarantee customers maximum protection against corrosion in our products.

Conscientious in all work areas, generated waste is correctly managed by managers authorized by the Generalitat Valenciana.
