On December 18, 2019, it has been published in the Official Gazette of the Valencian Community RESOLUTION of NOVEMBER 24, 2015, of the president of the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE), which calls for aid from the Window Renove Plan 2020 , destined to the thermal rehabilitation of windows in houses of the Valencian Community and the adhesion of shops and installation companies.
The purpose of this resolution is to establish the regulatory bases and the call of the IVACE of the Renewal Plan of Windows 2020 of the Valencian Community, destined to the thermal rehabilitation of windows and window-doors (glazing, frame and pre-frame) in habitual dwellings of the Community Valencian
Beneficiaries of the aid are considered to be all the natural owners, usufructuaries or lessees of a habitual residence located in the Valencian Community.
The maximum global amount allocated to this call 1,200,000 euros, always conditioned to the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the budgets of the fiscal year 2020.
The renovation of windows and window doors (glazing, frame and pre-frame) in homes, which comply with the following technical specifications, is considered an activity that can help:
The windows and window doors must be part of the exterior enclosures of the house (which separate the heated or refrigerated rooms or rooms from the outside environment), the reform of glazed surfaces located in the interior enclosures not being subject to subsidy.
The glazing to be replaced must be simple glazing.
New windows and / or window doors must have CE marking.
The new windows and / or window doors will have an air permeability ≤ 9 m³ / h · m² at 100 Pa (Class 3 or higher) according to UNE-EN 12207.
The thermal characteristics of the new windows and window doors must have, depending on the classification of populations listed in Annex ILa amount of individual aid, provided by the IVACE, will be a maximum of € 75 / m² for complete window renovations or window doors (glazing, frame and pre-frame).
The contribution of the attached trade or installation company will consist of a discount on the invoice of € 15 / m² at the time of installation.
The campaign start date will be January 30, 2020 and will end on June 18, 2020, or at the time of exhaustion of the budget allocated to this call
