The Valencian energy agency subsidizes with up to 75 euros / m2 the change of windows.
MARCH 06, 2017 has been published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Valencia RESOLUTION of 17 FEBRUARY 2017, the president of the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE), which calls for aid of the Renove de Ventanas Plan 2017 , Destined to the thermal rehabilitation of windows in houses of the Comunitat Valenciana and the adhesion of merchants and installers companies.
The purpose of this resolution is to establish the regulatory bases and the call for IVACE of the Plan Renove de Ventanas 2017 of the Comunitat Valenciana, intended for the thermal rehabilitation of windows and window doors (glazing, frame and pre-frame) in regular houses of the Comunitat Valencian.
Beneficiaries of the aid are all natural persons who are owners, usufructuaries or lessees of a dwelling of habitual occupation located in the Comunitat Valenciana.
The maximum total amount allocated to this call 750,000 euros, always conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the budgets of fiscal year 2017.
The renewal of windows and window doors (glazing, frame and pre-frame) in homes, which meet the following technical specifications are considered as an activity that may be of assistance:
The windows and window doors must be part of the external enclosures of the house (separating the rooms or rooms heated or cooled from the outside environment), not being subject to subsidy the reform of glass surfaces located in the interior enclosures.
Renovations of windows and door-windows that lead to an increase of glass surface by more than 25%.
The glazed enclosures that are installed or renewed in order to close terraces, balconies or galleries, or expand the living area of ??the house, as these involve a modification and not a thermal rehabilitation of the building.
The renovation of interior windows or doors-windows located in enclosures in contact with living spaces.
Renewal of frames or glazing only
The installation or renovation of blinds, slat devices, awnings, "films" or "screens" of sun protection
Only projects whose investment exceeds € 1,000 will be considered, VAT not included.
Investments made prior to the start date of the Plan will not be eligible for these grants.
The thermal characteristics of the new windows and window-doors shall have, depending on the classification of populations listed in Annex I,
The windows and window doors must form part of the external enclosures of the house (separating the rooms or rooms heated or cooled from the outside environment), not being subject to subsidy the reform of glazed surfaces located in the interior enclosures.
The glazing to be replaced must be of simple glazing. In the case of replacement of thermally inefficient windows and sliding windows, existing glazing may be single or double.
The new windows must be CE marked.
The new windows will have an air permeability ? 27 m3 / h • m2 at 100 Pa (Class 2 or higher) according to UNE-EN 12207
The thermal characteristics of the new windows and window doors should be dependent on the classification of populations listed in Annex I of the call for aid, detailed in the following table:
The amount of the individual aid, provided by the IVACE, will be a maximum of 75 € / m² for complete renovations of windows or doors (window, frame and pre-frame).
The contribution of the associated trade or installation company, will consist of a discount on the invoice of 15 € / m² at the time of installation.
The start date of the campaign will be on March 6, 2017 and end on June 30, 2017, or at the time of exhaustion of the budget allocated to this call
