Single article. Modification of Order SND / 340/2020, of April 12.

Order SND / 340/2020, of April 12, suspending activities related to intervention works in existing buildings where there is a risk of contagion by COVID-19 for people not related to said activity, is amended in the following terms:


One. Section 2 of the sole article is worded as follows:

"2. The works referred to in the previous section are excepted from this suspension in which, due to the type of intervention, the circumstances of the sector of the property or the delimitation of spaces and routes of circulation, there is no interference with people not related to the activity of the work. Also excluded are those works that are carried out in premises, houses or other delimited areas of the building that are not inhabited, or to which residents do not have access while the works last, provided that all the following conditions are met:

a) The movement of workers and materials through common non-sectoral areas is limited, and all appropriate measures are taken to avoid contact with the residents of the property during the course of the day.

b) The access and exit of these premises, houses or areas occurs at the beginning and at the end of the working day.

c) Workers adopt the prevention and hygiene measures against COVID-19 indicated by the health authorities. "

Two. A new section 4 is added to the sole article, which is worded as follows:

"4. In all the cases excepted above, access to non-sectoral areas of the building is allowed, to carry out specific operations to connect to the building's service networks that are necessary to undertake the works. "
