Warned errors in the Resolution of December 18, 2019 of the president of the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE), by which aid of the Renove Plan of Windows 2020 is called, aimed at the thermal rehabilitation of windows in homes of the Valencian Community, and to the adhesion of shops and installation companies, published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana number 8717, of January 15, 2020, it is corrected in the following terms:
In the preamble of the resolution, fifth paragraph,
Where says:
«Royal Decree 314/2006, of March 17, which approves the Technical Building Code, aims to improve the quality of the building and promote sustainability. Order FOM / 1635/2013, of September 10, which updates the Basic Document DB-HE «Energy Saving», of the Technical Building Code, approved by Royal Decree 314/2006, of March 17, imposes in its basic requirement HE 1-Limitation of energy demand, restrictions on the maximum energy demand of a building necessary to achieve thermal well-being depending on the climate and its use. In this regard and for the climatic zones of the Valencian Community, it is required that in many cases the glazed windows and window doors present values of thermal transmittance only attainable with at least double glazing and / or with PVC, wood or metal frames with thermal bridge break. »
Should say:
