Productive process

Aluval has two extrusion presses, of 1800 t and 2400 T, with a capacity of 12 000 tons. With these features plus our experience we are able to manufacture profiles ranging from 100g/meter to 15kg/meter.

Since from the preparation of the offer to the customer, we carry out an exam of the design and the manufacture process in which are involved all the departments.

The bet and the approval of profiles imply the participation of the departments of moulding, manufacture, quality, so that we deliver the most accurate solution to the customers´needs.

The control over the quality of the extrusion is sealed by the involved parts´experience and know-how.

Aluval is a company with a dilated experience in coating processes, in vertical and horizontal plants alike. Aluval currently has got a vertical plant with a capacity up to 100 000 ml and offers a wide range of colours in coating processes.

The machining can be done by means of a simple drills, filing, countersink drilling,.... Aluval with its eagerness to provide the best possible service to the customer, it has a machining center to offer its customers the delivery of the mechanized and cut-to-size profiles.

Aluval has got a proper thermal break profile assembly equipment.

Aluval’s products distribution is done with its own lorries, which has a fleet of long- distance vehicles for the internal distribution, from the production plants to the warehouses, and another fleet of short-distances lorries for external distribution, from our warehouses to the customers.
